Projection is constantly seeking new ways to bring technological advancement to your meetings. The use of digital signage eliminates the ever-growing costs of materials that must be disposed of after your event has come to a close.
This concept proposes the use of a LCD or Plasma monitor placed at the entrance of a meeting room and can display information such as session titles, times, and speaker names. This signage can also be linked to the speakers PowerPoint presentation displaying to outside viewers what is being presented in the meeting room. This concept can also be used in conjunction with a moving tagline in the upper or lower portion of the screen displaying sponsors and/or logos or directing attendees to specific booths on the exhibit floor.
