Saturday was another incredible day for our organization and the A/V was an area I had no worries about thanks to your planning with me and the execution of the plan by your staff. It always puts my mind at ease when I enter the Amphitheater Control Room… knowing that any issues with that aspect of our conference for the entire day will be handled by the most professional company I have ever worked with. This year we had a few extra “expectations” from presenters that were not requested ahead of time and your staff resolved everything each time.

    I am now comparing them, respectfully, to the Navy Seals. They are a stealth group who swoop into a room, evaluate all of the necessary equipment logistics, put the presenter at ease and leave without a trace. Yet whenever I am approached by someone alerting me to an issue, I can easily find them, and 1 or 2 of your staff seem to be already creating solutions before I finish making the request.

    Needless to say, once again it has been a pleasure doing this conference with your team. I am already looking forward to our next event… congratulations for your part of making our event, once again by all accounts, the biggest and best ever!”
